Open enrollment changes for employees are now easier to manage with PEHP’s new online enrollment process. It is a simple, convenient way to enroll without all the paperwork. Employees can make changes to health, dental, and vision plans online. The system will be available beginning April 16, 2009, through June 19, 2009.
To use the new online enrollment process, login to the Employee Gateway and click on myPEHP. You will need to have an account set up in myPEHP, but once that has been established you can make change to health, dental and vision plans for FY 2010. Online enrollment changes will be accepted through June 19, 2009.
Employees can still do paper enrollment, if they wish, and these forms are due to your HR office by May 28, 2009.
Additionally, if you wish to keep all of your benefits for FY 2010 the same as they are now, you DO NOT need to reenroll. Any benefits that you wish to cancel for FY 2010 MUST be cancelled through the specific vendor’s cancellation process; otherwise you will be automatically reenrolled for the next fiscal year.
Please see the benefits fair schedule to find out when the benefits providers will be at a location near you. This is your opportunity to gather materials and ask any questions you may have prior to changing insurance options.
